The orchid normally has rich yellow petals some times white to pale yellow are seen. The labellum is white with pale red markings. A version with red petals can be found. To view this orchid refer to wildflower ID 261 - Caladenia denticulata sub sp. red flowering (the next Caladenia down) This orchid prefers moist sites and is reasonably common between Waroona and Eneabba with scattered areas out to Lake Moore.
