The lovely Blue Waxflower was previously known as Eriostemon nodiflora. It is a small open shrub to one metre high, with small narrow leaves clustered along the branches. The porcelain-blue flowers have 5 waxy petals and the flowers are abundant at the ends of the branches making a wonderful display in heathland.<br />
