Island bed QS width and DB length (we are not very tall so opted to have the shorter for more room) En-suite with hand-basin and cupboards above and below the hand-basin, fitted with an Webasto outlet in here as well as at the rear of the van. L shaped lounge, pantry with microwave fitted at the side, rear bench, a.c.,fitted TV,Stereo,DVD. 3 Solar panels, 4 water tanks, longer draw-bar to accommodate the 3lt Honda genie, fitted inside a SS Box. Rear stabiliser legs, I asked BT to put half depth half way between shelves in pantry and above the fridge, We had our fridge lifted off the floor with a cupboard under it and we have a 190lt fridge. We love it and we are going to have a range-hood fitted now. We also had BT put a small cupboard between the lounge and the en-suite to accommodate our CD/DVD/Mags. We live in this permanently and we find it big enough for us this is our first van. We love it.
