A 12v power outlet under the annexe is handy. Use it for portable lamps, computers, phones etc etc.

This is next on my list .... When camping for 2 or more days I have two fluorescent lights under tarp off Aussie Trav .... Because of the low amps draw of the lights (800milliamps each) I'm going to use the 12v feed to the fridge. Access to the supply is via the lower fridge vent and the 12v socket can be mounted next to the vent .

Cost $20 and an afternoons work with soldering iron and heat shrink.

We had installed a quick release gas outlet in the annexe. It is so handy to plug the small bbq in without having to get out the spare gas bottle. Previously we had a tap put in the annexe for filling the keetle and a 12 volt outlet for the little tv, radio and Versalite. With water, gas and electricity outlets that saves so much running inside to do those chores.
