Is this the light-weight model? Obviously no need for a/c, no problems with wind gusts, easily towed by a mid-weight 4wd. And you can easily add extras like cupboards, cladding, windows, etc, as and when you can afford them.

Good one Kiwi! Graham, it was a long way to drive to see the BT at that stage of development. Were you expecting it to be further along, or were you wanting to check on the framework construction? Just curious, as all our construction checking will only be able to be done via the net as we wont be back between ordering and pick-up, although BT have said they can provide photos during different stages of the building. Angie, One thing I have learnt. Shoalhaven to the Sunshine Coast is a quiet afternoon drive for Jan and Graham. I suspect that the folks at BT better get used to regular visits!

Thank you all for your wonderful wishes at our time of great joy! Angie, our mate at BT - Steven T. took these photos for us. Isn't he great? Mind you, the other part of his e-mail was then asking for more money.... bloody expensive photos if you ask me . Motley, the quiet afternoon drive is planned for the end of this month (3 weeks prior to completion - we hope). We are borrowing Graham's Dad's little Avan (Shorty) and hitching her up to the F250 for the trip up - should be quite a sight. Will post that photo as well. And yes Angie, I can hear your brain ticking over. We hope to be up there on 2nd June at BT. Is that when you are there? Jan

Brian, thanks for posting some more photos of Graham and Jan's prodigy. Jan, you have the same vinyl floor covering I have my eye on. Great minds think alike. I was hoping they would still have that pattern in the blue. Angie

Good question, Angie. Was wondering myself. Could see myself staying two days, armed with great long spreadsheets of details, questions & desired inclusions and the obligatory bottle of oxygen (for when I get over excited). What have the boys & girls done on the pilgramige? Reverently Yours Griff the Petitioner

Margaret & I checked out Jan and Grahams baby again today. Still naked on the outside but has cabinet furniture and laminex in, plumbing being done today, batteries, charger and inverter in place, water tanks in place, all wired up and nearly ready to be dressed. Lots of space inside with the layout that they have chosen and with the extended drawbar, it looks like there is room to connect weight distribution bars without interferring with jockey wheel bracket and should be just over 15 metres when connect to F250. Noted F250 alloys on also. By the look of it, and the way they work at Bushtracker should only be about another 3 weeks before the proud parents are sleeping in it, but because of the single beds there shouldn't be any off spring.

I love the way the photos describe Baby as "Jan's van". A point for the girls. Angie
