For the information of F250 owners, I have today had the Air Conditioner Condenser replaced under warranty due to the pipe that is fitted in front of it on the left side rubbing a hole in the condenser. Luckily it is still under warranty as a new one would be rather expensive. Could I suggest that F250 owners put some protective rubber or similar around this pipe so that it cannot rub on the front of the condenser especially when travelling on corrigated roads. Our Noosa Ford dealer was very good, they found the fault and then told me that it would have to be replaced under warranty, and they had already ordered the parts from Melbourne.

I'm currently waiting for a new handbrake cable to arrive under warranty. One of the springs holding it away from RHS rear wheel came off .... letting cable run against tyre. Didnt hurt tyre but wore rubber cable sheath down to spiral wound metal sheath. Being near tyre water would get in an eventually seize cable. Spring let go at chassis end because spring was still hanging from cable. Once put back in has not come out again so prob was not in properly in the first place. Springs are just forward of the right hand side rear wheel in front of where the shock mounts onto the chassis. There are two and are about 100mm X 15mm. Just sumthin to check .... Anthony

Another little problem that I had while away was, when we did some moderate 4WDing at Warraweena Station the trailer plug connector hit bottom in a sharp dip and luckily was only pushed upwards as it had sufficient cable. I have now relocated plug to in the rear bumper where it can no longer hit bottom. Brian
