Caravan World & other ACP magazines. Non delivery

Apparently the Mag Shop or ACP publications that distribute Womens Weekly, Caravan World and 4X4 Australia plus a number of others, have changed their distribution from Australia Post to via the local newsagency. Our local newsagency at Tewantin has refused to deliver them on behalf of ACP saying that, that is what Austalia Post is there for. I have been onto the Mag Shop customer service centre 3 times this week and got three different girls with 3 different explanations as to why our magazines have not arrived. If you are a subscriber to Caravan World magazine that has the September edition due to come out on 20th August, and it doesn't arrive, could I suggest that you contact them an enquire if your copy has gone via the newsagent as well. Because there is a 2 week lead time for distribution it is now too late to change how the next issue of Caravan World is to be forwarded to customers. Brian
