MSN sign in problems

Hi everyone, we have been having a few people contacting the Managers about sign-in and changing profiles questions. Have a look at the following site and it may help answer some questions for you regarding the changes to the MSN .NET PASSPORT process.http://www.passport.net/consumer/consumerqa.asp?lc=2057 and this one:http://memberservices.passport.net/memberservice.srf?lc=2057&cbid=486 Sorry, but this looks like Mr Gates way of getting everyone that uses his system to only have one log-in and one password. The only way to create multiples is to use a different email address each time. And if you close a hotmail address, then you in effect close your profile down too and have to re-start. Hope this information helps. (I thought I had read somewhere that you couldn't re-use a closed passport for 30 days but I am having trouble re-finding that information to verify it) Angie
