Dear All Just to let you know of our nickname change from "The Fosters" to "The Towers Trackers" We posted a general letter to all in August re our Gibb River trip and we are now back home and only just getting time to get into the Bushtracker Site which we find very interesting and full of wonderful titbits. We read with interest the Cania Gorge Rally, we were at the Birdsville Races at the time but we reckon we will definately be at the next rally. So we look with interest at the 2004 Rally sites and think the one north of Maree sounds great and depending on whether there is a decent wet season this and early next year, would definately make a big differance to the surrounding countryside and would be a picture, country wise. However as you all know from travelling around there are a million great places to have a Rally. We know a couple of people in the Bushtracker Group - John & Sandra and John & Margaret originally from Hervey Bay who are travelling around Oz and who we met in Derby at Winjuna Gorge. We are from Charters Towers, John & Sandra stayed at our place. We have an 18ft Bushtracker and tow it with a Toyota Landcruiser Trayback Turbo diesel and have no problems at all. Would love to hear from any body in our area and would like a place to stay out of town, and travelling in a BT. Our email add is margarinef@yahoo.com Cheers to all for the time being and thanks to the Noosa Bushtrackers Brian & Margaret for the note of welcome to the club when we joined in August.
