Thank you Angie! Had great time mainly touring the South Island of New Zealand. It's caravan and motorhome heaven. Sparse traffic - even at the peak of the holiday season, vast amounts of top free camping and many sites that cost only a dollar or two. Only possibly downside is mainly narrow and very windy roads particularly on the spectacular West Coast. Thinking of shipping the OKA over next - it will be sock to the NZedders tho - as there's nothing remotely like them over there. My wife liked it so much she's staying there another week. Back tomorrow. Vila send her love. Collyn

Hi Collyn, Is'nt the south island of NZ something else! You sure would knock their socks off with the OKA over there. Did you happen to spy any of their unique motor homes... usually parked but they have balconys and pot belly stoves even herb gardens on registered vehicles (old old Dodge's and similar) so they must be mobile, probably by'light - when there is no one else on the road!! You were keenly missed although my questions re batteries was well satisfied by the helpful & experienced Boggers and the extras list grew with three AGM's and 3 solar panels (but we stuck with the 140ltre Danfoss)..... found your book Solar that works - caravan edition very easy to read and enlightening Cheers Helen (hi to Vila)

Collyn, Welcome back. Did you rent a motorhome/caravan in NZ. We are thinking of shipping the BT and the F-250 there in a few years and doing one summer on NI and one summer on SI.. Tell us more about your trip. Pics? Cheers, tgintl/jay
