trouble getting into group

I go to the BT home page to join in any "Chat Room"
activity click on chat it asks me to join I am a member no where does it say for
members to join does any one know what I am doing
wrong?

When you log onto the
BOG site if you look down the bottom of the list of options on left side of screen, it will have Tools or members tools. If you have tools go up into the purple section where "My Groups" is and click on that, then when the screen comes up select
BOG and tools should then change to Member Tools. You should then be able to access all areas of the site including the CHAT. If that doesn't work, I have no idea what could be the problem. Brian
