Talk about common. We did a quick trip Wollongong to
QLD on Saturday and passed no less than 3 BT’s coming the other way.

PS – Saw only one coming back Monday, so whats
this say for QLD vs. NSW.

You have already proved you’re a masochist by
being in England in
preference to the Australian weather. Having the longest and most drawn out
case of BATTS is just is surplus.

All, Saw a new-looking Bushtracker heading south on the F3 on morning of Wed 3rd March. Looked like a 22' van. My wife was pretty upset for next 1/2 hour, 'cause she really wanted a chat, but they didn't respond to CB call.... if you can afford a Bushtracker, you can afford a CB she reckons. Phil

Dont worry Phil those BT owners are a funny lot !!! [wink][smile] I've been in a few garages with effie and BT and guys usually come over for a look or a question or two ....as I'm sure happens to others. One that gets asked heaps is ..... That must be hell on fuel ???? After 18 months of trying to explain 20-25l per 100k and the look of disbelief as if I'm embellishing it ... I just say now ..... Dunno mate !! The nozzle goes click and the wife pays the lady .... Sorry !! [Smile] Even if it was hell on fuel how could I complain about it !!! Sheesh ! Gary, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. And we gotta do England to get the money to retire early and have all the new toys we want. Exchange rate is good and just keeps getting better. Besides, the whole thing will be all the sweeter to us for our effort and patience (or lack of on some days). Ivan and I do occasionally say to each other "maybe we could stay another year just for the money" (my staff would be delighted - they are already looking for ways to sabotage our plans to leave) but luckily we never say it to each other on the same day, so we is comin' home on 30th July!!! Point taken.

I’ve told my staff my expectations have
changed. They need to work to pay for a new L/C every 5 years + all the fuel I
need.

Actually I noticed that.

I called all 3 on UHF 18 at least. No replies.

Any feedback on channels monitored?

Gary, could you maybe let them do overtime so they can work to keep Angie in the manner in which she would like to become accustomed to? Angie
