Public Apology

Dear Boggers, I have just received an email from Mr. Gibbs that he believes my publication of private emails between us was a breach of trust. For the record I publically apologize to him and the staff of BTi. If I had any belief that he expected me to keep our communiations confidential I would never have published them. I will not publish anything bewteen us in the future. I am also informed that he believes that what I choose to publish was either taken out of context, or did not present the entire picture of our relationship and the numerous emails that have been exchanged. I never intended to mislead anyone and if I did so, I apologize to Mr. Gibbs for the possibility that what I did created a misimpression. Respectfully, Jay D. Gould
