Helen & John,

Not a problem, I will click a few for you when I am taking some of my own. If you like I can create an album for you and load the pictures into it for you.

Angie,

If all goes according to schedule, we will be spending our first night in our van when you celebrate 100 sleeps to go and then move into double digits and counting.

Helen & John, David & Maureen, Great excitement for you all. If you are doing a little shakedown trip after pick-up we might run into you somewhere. We are doing an 18 National Parks trip around central Qld. in May. Girrawheen to Salvator Rosa via Border Ranges, Bunya Mountains, Goodnight Scrub, Cania Gorge and Carnarvon Gorge. Our "Itinerary" is attached, but take a note of the "warning" therein. Our contact phone numbers may be out of range for most of our trip. All the best........................Rob & Liz.

Hi Rob & Liz,
Looks like a great six weeks or so you have planned. I
hope No. 3 grandchild is considerate about arrival date !!! or he/she may
put a spanner in the works.

How is the new V8 Landcruiser going. Are you happy with
the performance with the BT in tow?

We don't plan to do anything more than get from Qld to Vic via
Central Coast NSW on our inaugural journey home.... but after that its fish
& chips at Bermagui for a long long week of relaxing. (After we have
dragged ourselves inside after todays effort of 15 cubic meters of concrete in
the BT shed (hangar looks more like) we are desperate for some leisure time
out.

Cheers,
Helen

David.............MAAAATE / BUDDY /PAL, seeing as how your clicking away with the camera .....any chance you might take a couple of my van . It's a 20' with cafe lounge ( and Xantrex 1000 battery monitor ) - SHould be almost completed - I have asked the guys at BT to take a few but it's like "pulling teeth" SO if you get the chance _ I really REALLY would appreciate some photos ( my wife is driving me crazy ) Cracker

Thanks Helen, The V8 tows the BT superbly but I do miss the Diesel after 4 from 1980. The fuel consumption is a bit of a worry, incresing from 13.5 l / 100km for the TD (20 with BT) to 18.5 for the V8 (23 with BT). I did one fill (150 litres) with Premium ULP and returned 16.2 l/100. Obviously longer trips will see more reliable averages. Sounds like a big shed, mine is 8.4 x 4.2 and is perfect. We may arrive in Tambo (possible phone reception) to find the bub came early! No! we have planned the timing to perfection, haven't we?? Have a good time in Bermagui. Remember "the Man Who Sued God" - Hope there's no lightning when you are there in your BT! Cheers.....................Rob

Hi Rob and Liz, That looks like a great itinerary, well spaced out and covering lots of great places. Angie's mouth is watering at all the luuuuuverly pictures that will come out of that little lot. I notice that you are coming to Copeton but it is not on the itinerary. Careful you don't double book yourselves. LOL. Angie 107 sleeps to go

Hi Rob and Liz

Maureen and I are heading out on Anzac day the only destination on the planned is Carnarvon Gorge NP. As to when we get there is in the lap of the travel gods. Our intention is to travel when and where the fancy takes us. Maybe we will meet up somewhere in the Great Outdoors, hey that sounds like a name for a TV show or something.

Hi Cracker,

I will be at the factory later today with camera in hand so I will snap off a few shots for you as well as for Helen and John.
