They sure are! Jackie and I are extremely pleased to advise you that we have resolved all of our differences with BTi, we will not be purchasing the second hand 20' BT, and we will be taking delivery of our 21' BT in a timely manner. In this resolution I would like to publically state that the management of BTi have "bent over backwards" to meet our needs and to treat us fairly. We had a wonderful visit at BTi today. tgintl/jay

That is great new Jay & Jackie. It is good to see that your dreams will be coming true at last. How did the boss at Caravan World take the news, that he still hasn't sold the van. I wonder if he will put some batteries in the van so that prospective customers can see the at the Solar really does work. Not too many of these now. Brian

Thanks Brian, I must ask: Do you carry the computer with you? I just posted the thread, went over to the Carvaners forum to post the same thread, came back to home base - the Boggers site, of course - and you already posted a reply! Thanks again for all of your support. We are very excited, celebrating our good fortune, and looking forward to spending a lot of time in our colorful custom 21' BT. Cheers, tgintl/jay

Congratulations Jay and Jackie on your great news. I'll bet you think the dream looks even brighter now. And well done to Bti for being willing to do the good deed. I know that you have 2 very excited and grateful people on your hands here. Will be interested to see the new van unfold in due course. Angie

Congratulations Jay & Jackie that is so exciting. It's good to know that all that planing & dreaming & researching hasn't been for nothing, not that the 20footer would have been nothing but this one will truly be yours in every detail. We found ALL the crew at BTI to be wonderful, that was one of the reasons we chose a BT, apart from the far superior van of course. When do you take delivery and will you still be comming up to the Whitsundays. Cheers for now Lynne & Terry

Jay/Jackie Good news. The best thing about that is that you will have what you want from the start, which in the long run makes everything easier all round. See you at the Sydney show. Regards Jeff

Hi All,. Thanks for the nice thoughts. Lilymacs - yes, we are basically on the old schedule - the factory is very busy and delivery will probably be early June. We are definitely coming for a visit! Cheers, tgintl/jay
