Hi In the April 2004 Caravan World magazine there was an article about NASA (www.nasaassist.com), and the fact that they provide breakdown and towing services for the your caravan indedpendent of your towing vehicle. The article points out that my RACV Total Care Road Service will cover my towing vehicle just about anywhere in Australia; however, RACV does not cover my BT. Premium seems reasonable. Anyone have any experience pro/con with this organization? Anyone already a member? tgintl/jay

Jay, The RACV total Care will cover your vehicle for road side service, if yout vehicle requires towing, then YOU will be reiquired to pay the towing fees, as if you read the fine print, you will find that free towing does not apply to any vehicle over 2.5 tonne or it may have been as low as 2 tonne. but I know for sure that they will NOt cover the F250 for free towing. I have had the experience. Brian

roadside assistance for larger vehicles and 4x4 's a little extra covers
the van as well, we have the top cover for 4x4 and caravan covers us
virtually anywhere in Oz even when bogged on tracks that may not be
