Slowly it happens.
We are moving further towards having our own web site.
As mentioned previously we have 3 sponsors already and a fourth looks very promising.

To account for sponsor funds, membership fees and any other cash inputs as well as manage outgoing funds we intend register ourselves as a non profit organisation, e.g.’ “Bushtracker Owners Group Inc.”
Steps have already been taken to commence registration procedures.

Surplus funds are to be directed to charity, in our case the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

I have approached an accounting firm in Sydney and asked them to quote to administer the registration procedures, to open a BOG bank account and give us a central mailing point to receive funds.
“Motley” Peter is doing the same in Victoria and then we will work with the firm best suited to us.
This will ensure total transparency with regard to the handling of funds.

With sponsors coming along the membership fees will reduce considerably from our first assessments. At this stage I am thinking of a joining fee of around $25.00 per van and an annual fee of around $10.00
To keep around this fee level we need 100 members plus. I anticipate reaching that level of membership as we already have 100 van owners on our data base.

I have a prepared form letter that may be sent to any company that you think may be interested in sponsoring us. If you require a copy send me an e-mail.

This paragraph is an extract from the letter.
“......We intend to offer sponsors a page of their own on our site where information supplied by you may be used as a form of advertising. A direct link to your own web site would be incorporated.
Advertorial comment would be most welcome, as would be any ongoing input such as new product releases and service bulletins......”

Any questions?

Regards
Turist

I checked with S.W.M.B.O. re posing naked behind jockey wheel.
No chance she says. Embarrasing.
Have to pose behind the BT spare wheel.

Turist.

Now that we have your attention!

Are there any members visiting the Inverell area during the next month or so.

We need to line up a butcher and a 205 litre drum. (44 gal Jay)

I'd like to skite and say I would have to kneel down beside the extended a-frame for a pic ...but alas beside the AT35 coupling will do ..... [smile] Jay is very shy and introverted as everyone knows so would probably hide completely behind Big Red .... [wink] Anthony Explore this Great Land ...Do it Easy ...Tow a Bushtracker

Of course the evil Rat Cunning going on here is that the 12 men will pay $25 per copy and buy 10 copies each to keep them out of the hands of the women. I'm on to you Griff

LOL. Great responses you guys. Interesting that none of the ladies have commented. LOL. Maybe you are not letting them get near the computer on this one. Turist, Peekaboo, I see you. Griff, I forgot to include you in the first line-up but yours would definitely have to be a coffee cup. And as for $25 forget it! More like $250.00. Angie has to fund her early retirement somehow. LOL. Angie

Whatever the market will bare! Supply and demand. The only way that it would get to $250 is if the women were bidding for those lusty collectables. Not going to happen. Griff

Yeah, great idea girls !!! [smirk] You would have a greater chance of leaving the ground by flapping your arms than the "boys" doing a full monty in public at Copeton ! [GStringSmile] Private viewings on a one to one basis although not encouraged can be arranged by appointment ! [disappointedExpectationalWink] Those without appointments can seek impromptu viewing at the amenities blocks between 1-2pm daily or Angie's BT at afternoon coffee time !
