just confirming that the main night for the planed
spit is Saturday 18th
we have booked into the cabins this night and will
come over.

The main spit roast night is tentativly planned for the Monday night, although nothing is yet fixed.
Main reasons for this date are that many members are planning to arrive over the weekend and we need to allow them time to set up.
There is sure to be something happening on the Saturday night, maybe a rehearsal with just some joints of meat on the spit.
