G'day Bonnidowns,
Mine is 1960mm approx. The latest might vary from that ? I think BT42's BT is 10cm extra because of his long leg bones !! [smile]

I take it that you can vary the height, does this create many problems with total outside height restrictions?

The roof thickness stays constant ... so any increase or decrease will affect the overall height of the BT on the outside !!
A 10cm increase wont be that bad with trees, bridges or overhangs but you'd have to be aware of it.
Its always a good idea to measure your BT height when you get it home and write it on a sticker and place it on the sunshield. When a height restriction comes up via a sign you can flick the sunshield down and see clearance ...
The aircon is usually the tallest area ..I used a broom stick to transfer this height to the edge of the BT and dropped a tape down to ground.
Obviously all aerials should be on knockdowns for travelling.

The internal height of ours is 1.976 meters, that is floor to ceiling. The air conditioner and speakers hang down a little. Our overall external height to the top of air conditioner is 3.0 metres. I know BTi have changed the internal height of some vans to suit tall customers, so I would suggest that you talk to BTi if you have special requirements.
