Peter.
Whats wrong with good old Queensland time?
All you southerners flock to the Sunshine State each year because it is so good, so I think you should just accept that we are the only ones running on the correct EASTERN STANDARD TIME {smile}

theres nothing wrong with qld time your a bit slow up there but thats a good reason to go there,as well the southern states provide subsidy to keep qld going,the countryside is lovely but dosnt produce any profit much apart from tourism,sugar is not real good at present and the north wants to separate does that tell you something besides the time

Who needs a clock? If you're travelling - when the sun's up, it's time to travel, when the sun's down it's time to camp. We should all be on holiday, not ruled by clocks. Darn - i've got to get up and go to work in the morning.

I followed up on the time issue.
Our website is hosted at a company in Queensland called Web Central. So the time on the servers is Qld time.
There is software that will alter the time depending upon the location of the internet connection but at this stage it has not been incorporated in the ExplorOz web service (on which the
BOG site is based)
Philosophically, and to paraphrase something a wise person once told me - "If you are a true BOGGER, the smallest unit of time you need to recognise is a Season!"
