The information here will be a repeat for many of our readers but as we have a lot of new members who have not yet decided to;
a) Become a fully paid up “Owner Member”.
or
b) To attend the annual rally at Copeton.
I will post the info again with the intention of convincing you to come over and come along.

The 3rd annual BOG Rally will be at the Copeton State Recreation Area starting Sept. 17th.
Copeton SRA offers the following attractions.
An exclusive area for our rally around 2kl from the main complex.
A golf course.
Fishing. (The locals were catching fish of a night last year)
Boating
Tennis courts.
Gem fossicking.
A café at the main complex. (Great hamburgers)
A number of bush walking tracks.
An abundance of firewood.
Great staff that do everything possible to make sure that our rally is successful.
Our area is not crowded, the vans are well separated and randomly sited in the powered area or if you prefer you may camp privately, there are several hundred acres for you to pick your own spot.
Generators are permitted in the camping areas.
A dump point is available for toilet waste.

The Inverell area has a number of attractions including a very good motor museum.

The rally will have on various days/nights;
Entertainment. (Bush poet/singer)
A spit roast, participants to share costs of beasts, one pig, one lamb, BYO vegies/salads.
Raffle draws.
A catered dinner where you do not have to cook, clean up etc.
A central bonfire that burns 24/7 for the duration of the rally.
Our 2nd AGM.

Or you can just come along and meet other Boggers and have your own quiet time.

For those that are not full members and wish to meet and talk with BT owners then there are van sites and cabins at the main complex.
Last year we had several potential BT buyers come along to talk with the owners and some made a positive decision regarding layouts and purchase as a result of their visit.

Sorry, unless you are an owner member you can not camp with us or attend our functions but you are welcome to visit and chat.
BT owners love to show off.

Hope to see you there.

Bob
