Hi

Learned the following today while at BTi getting ready for our trip to WA.

Thetford - our casette was no longer registering on the green to red guage when full. Reason: When I emptied the casette I always TWICE put fresh water into the casette and gave it a rigorous shake. Problem: when you shake, rattle, and roll you cause the magnet that interfaces with the guage to come loose. BTi just learned this from Thetford recently. As usual the after market service from BTi was second to none - a new casette.

Webasto - whenever you start the Webasto you are supposed to run it for 20 minutes on full high to burn off any carbon buildup during the startup. Then, turn it down to your preferred thermostat setting.

Happy traveling.

On 17 April we along with Keith and Phil Batson and families, and Stella Voolstra depart from Byron Bay for Steep Point "sorta" through the center.

Will keep everyone informed of our progress now that we have a MiniMax USB broadband connection wherever we have a CDMA signal.

Regarding the replacement casette, I should have made clear that we are still within the BTi warranty period.
