Carryboy Canopy. Changing windows to open up.

Has anyone got knowledge of how to or who can change the standard Carryboy canopy windows from opening about 50mm from the side to being able to hinge them from the top so that access can be gained to the tub easily. Can the glass windows be drilled by professionals to attach hinges or would I have to get new windows.
