I know that there are probably a lot of programs available to make a personalised calendar, so could someone who does their own calendars please point me in the right direction please.

Brian, doesn't Microsoft Publisher have that option?

This one looks the best option so far.

G'day Brian
I know you have Photoshop; Adobe Photoshop Album has a facility to produce your own calendars. It's not terribly flexible, but is quick and easy to use.

Brian,
I have used Calendar Creator for many years and have found it super for creating a whole range of different printed calendars. The program allows you to create a whole range of "event" lists, many sifferent style of calendars, etc. The later versions also communicate with Palm pilots etc. While it isn't free it really does a great job. My mother-in-law likes the results so much that every year she has me print out a new set of monthly calendars that I have put in all Australian public holidays but more importantly for her I also put in all of the school holidays for all her grandkids spread around in the different states and everyones birthdays anniversaries and other important family dates.
Hope this is helpful.

Thanks Mick,

It sounds like you are doing a good job of staying on the right side of the MotherInLaw.

G'day Brian & Margaret,

Sent some info in an email to you. It may be of interest to others.........

The Calendar that our daughter, Heather, produced, was her Xmas gift to all her friends and family....Great Idea!

It is a superb production, A4 pages, spiral bound, two pages open for each month. Photos on top page, calendar on bottom in "landscape" orientation. On the calendar page there are also small photos relating to the main photo, placed in the unused boxes of the 5 x 7 box matrix.

The top left and bottom right boxes contain previous months and next months' calendars. The back page is a matrix of the twelve main photos pages.

She did the whole thing in Excel.

Cheers..........Rob and Liz
