financial membership problems

I filled out a membership form on the 16th of Jan 2007 and posted a cheque to your group, the cheque has been cashed and we are still getting a pop up telling us we are not financial members, frustrating to say the least,as i see it you have two options, list us financil members asap or return payment, i feel this is rather poor book keeping please adress problem

If you would have preferred the other option, a refund, let me know and I can arrange.

I apologise for the delay in updating your membership but as you can see, once we know there is a problem, we usually address it within hours. Not bad for a group of volunteers spread across Australia eh?

Jar we have our AGM next September.
An opportunity for you to put your name forward for a volunteer position.
Always room for more proficient people.
Only a few hours a month plus a lot of e-mails and phone calls.
A knowledge of bookkeeping, computer programming and a few people skills would be seen as an advantage.
If you are interested just let me know.
