We would like to express our thanks to the crew at BT. We made arrangements for several new goodies to be added to our 20'BT for when we really take off for good next year. BT completed all their work on time and were most helpful (thanks Wayne).
Washing Machine plumbed in; Skylight over bed (heaven); Jockey wheel replaced; Webasto Heater.
BT put us onto Graham across the road who checked the underbelly; and replaced where necessary.
Jamie from Southeast Stainless added a great slimline box at the rear for hoses and elec leads (no more fishing under the bunk); and a roll-out for our genni on the front. Too late Steve told us we could have had a new longer A frame, and be able to store our bikes - but never mind - will remember for when we order our new BT in a few years.
Sound in Motion added the flatscreen TV; great in/out speakers; DVD/CD (and something called a Mp3 (have to ask the grandkids); Oyster Satellite; Winegard; cameras, etc. SIM dragged the chain a bit, as they could not supply some goodies until the last minute, and we were pushed for time to get back to Cairns. However, Damien was great - and I have his mobile to ring him to remind us how to operate everything !!!
There were heaps of prospective clients looking around BT, but Tracey, Steve and Peter still found the time to advise us - and let us have a sneak look at some of the new BTs coming off the line.
What more could you ask for Great Product and Great Service. Thank you.

Hello Margaret and Norton,
I would like to express my Thanks to you, for taking the time to write this report for the benefit of others... Your efforts are very much appreciated. Most do not take the time once they have gotten what they wanted, and it is a "feel good" to see someone appreciative of our efforts. Even in the face of being behind for the Shows, you Booked in advance, and we did our best... Thank You for the report.
Kind Regards from the lone Ranger....
