You can keep the dust out.
Look at post ID 3147, answer 11493 on the owners
forum.
Glove box?? Is yours a Brazilian build?
Do you want to fit one in the L/H side of the dash?
I think that the air bag will give you problems there if it is a Brazilian job..

Bob

Hi Bob - Thanks
I will look up that thread. I think you can fit a box under the air bag (a bit like the glove box in the Nissan Patrol).

i would like a glove box as well, mine is a 2002, but i think the boss will be very disappointed waiting for an airbag to operate as there isnt one. just a plastic clip in section.

Hi Frank
Ours is 2004, and from the info, it appears to have airbag fitted. This limits usable space, but i think a glove box can be fitted underneath the airbag. The Patrol is similar, with a rectangle where the air bag would be if it had one, and a glove box beneath this. You can get off the shelf glove boxes to fit where the air bag isn't in these Patrols. We had our GPS attached to this, but in the Ford it was more difficult, so it sits up on the dash.
