Although the info is from a while back you might like to check out the "Desert Updates" on www.beadell.com.au/ together with other information .
We were privileged to travel for almost 3 weeks with Len on many of his tracks in the 1990’s. What an experience that was for us and our girls (and a number of other travellers in the group). The trip was organised at that particular time to include the Anne Beadell highway as it was the 30 year anniversary of its naming.
The wonderful stands of desert trees Len had made sure the Anne Beadell highway passed were some of the scenes we remember particularly, although as you can imagine if you know anything of Len, the evening campfire was the time we will never forget. And those legendary boots................

We travelled the length of the Anne Beadell last September towing a Kimberley Kamper with three other vehicles also towing Kimberley Kampers. I certainly would NOT attempt pulling any van over more than 1000 kms of seriously significant corrugations like those that have appeared on this track since I last travelled it in 1999.

Hey Madog,
You've probably launched a challenge to BT adventurers there! If the Kimberly's single axle suspension can handle the corrugations, a BT with Simplicity Load-sharing would probably do better.
Cheers.............Rob
