Discovery3 Towbar

Anyone out there having trouble with the original Discovery3 towbar?
Have you located an aftermarket drawbar?
The oringinal towbar looks far too low for cross country use.

Was, got in one from SA that was made for the military D3, read this forum and it should solve your woes!

Thanks for the reply re the Disco 3 drawbar. We contacted Hayman-Reese Australia, who confirmed they would have a drawbar on the market in 2 / 3
weeks, price not yet decided. By photographs the unit appears to be strong
with good ground clearance, time will tell. Dont know how it will affect L.R.
warranty though.

We currently use the std hitch with a Hayman Reese neck.
I have not been happy with the clearance and also weight of the total setup.
Have you heard how the Hayman hitch is progressing?
We would be happy to get rid of this stupid set up LD have made.
