Well we're in Rockhampton now and as I strolled out of Motel reception this morning, I saw a Silver F250 hauling a big BT go past heading North.
Gasp...they're everywhere these Bushtrackers....Honest I'm not halucinating....
We'll be on the road next month too....heading west to the Channel Country to find a few waterholes to camp by....yip yah...can't wait.
Safe Travels all
Cheers
Rick & Julie

Hi Helen & John,
Yeah...you guys have a different body on the back...the one I saw was a StyleSide with a Fibreglass Canopy and no BOAT....
Hey you noticed our "Handle" huh??? We were gonna get a BIG one done, but thought better of it.
We're getting some "Home Improvements" done.....Awning...Webasto...4th Water Tank...Suction Line...Towel Rails and extra Power Point....Also, we discovered after we bought it that it was fitted with the 10cm lowered suspension and we weighed it after we loaded it and were over the ATM by a couple hundred kilos....so out with the old suspension and upgraded to the higher clearance and 4.4 tonne Heavy Duty suspension with a 3.5 Tonne spring pack.....Now we should be able to carry some extra Merlot....
We pick it up again on Thursday and head bush the following week.
Good to look at your words again....
Cheers
Rick & Julie

Hi Rick & Julie,
I went to Kunda Pk Tuesday 21st & saw your van in the factory getting the additions.
Took my wheels up in my daughter's RAV 4 to have tyres fitted at Beaurepairs & saw a BT in the carpark at Maroochydore, so being keen to meet the owner I hot footed across to see if I could catch them as they returned from shopping, got to meet John & Helen then had the obligatory chat. They also were on their way to BT to have some work done.
By the way Rick did you receive the photo I sent last week?
Very envious of all going bush at present but I suppose our turn will come soon enough in the New Year, so cheers & safe travels to all you Boggers.
Stan

Hi Stan & Trish,
Well, it's nice to know the "Home Improvements" are under way.....we'll be down to pick it up on Thursday afternoon after an early start from up here in Rockhampton.....CAN'T WAIT.
Hey Stan, I didn't get an e-mail from you...so did you want to try again....please check the e-mail address...ricknjulie@bigpond.com
Hope to see it this time and we'll go from there.....looks like your BT at Chambers Pillar...what a hoot...we had our Kimberley Kamper there last May-June and it must have been a big low range crawl for you up that steep ridge before you enter the reserve...Julie had her eyes slammed shut the whole way up that hill.
How did you go with the Cruiser and BT???
Don't know if Julie will ever let me take her back there again though...
Cheers
Rick
