Hi. I have today posted our 18ft van for sale. I respond to you because we have as much cupboard / storage as does a 20ft van. This achieved by our choosing a yacht bed. This design gives access via extra large cargo doors right across the caravan. In addition there is extra storage when the bed is raised. We never found the yacht bed to be inconvenient. The 18ft van is lighter than the 20ft and this is an advantage in towing. Hope this information is useful to you.
