Hi
Would you believe I call BT today and asked for the details of the manufacturer of the Simplicity Suspension - I can't find where I put the info - and I was told that it was proprietary information and BT refused to give me the info.
Please, anyone who has the info please post for me and everyone so that I can pass on to the new owners.
Thanks, Jay

Didn't you know that Steve invented the suspension?
That's why details are "proprietary information"

Thanks everyone! I even told them it was for the new owner; is it any wonder I would not deal with one of the owners ever again!!
New Boroma delivered Friday; will be positing a teasing pic and a link to our website.
Cheers and see all of you on the road; even the corrugated roads.

Jay,
BTi are lucky that they have a good product, because with replies like
"I was told that it was proprietary information and BT refused to give me the info"
doesn't do them any favours.

Hi Jay
Having recently been down this path, thanks to advice from
forum members, we contacted Richard and eventually found the suspension number. We found these numbers hard to read and although we think we got it right, Richard came up with something a bit different to the suspension we have. We had to do much sharing of measurements to ensure we got the right parts to upgrade the suspension to take the Ford wheels. So even if the number cannot be seen, not all is lost. Then again, our BT is a lot older than yours.

Hi, nothing wrong with the suspension - just wanted the info for the new owner. We installed the 4400 spring pack early in the year when we were in Perth. Also installed the new fixes and they work great and the leaves do not move off of center.

Hi Jay - Very helpful of you to find out this and pass on to the next owners. We needed the help of the
forum to find out where to turn when we changed our tow vehicle. Mh
