Has anyone had any experiences with the Ibis air cond. from Air Command? It appears they released a new low profile a/c last year (only 220mm high). I would appreciate any feedback, good or bad.
Thanks, Max

Have a look here
Reports are not very good if you want to use it with a generator.
Also seems that company support is lacking.

Thanks Bob, it certainly doesn't sound good about the Ibis or Air Command. As an alternative I was considering the Air Command split system Heron Q but If the company is that hard to get on with I'll give it a miss too. I did send an email to Air Command requesting info but they haven't replied yet.
Looks like back to the Dometic and support the coils and lock nut the motor supports.
Running on a Honda 2Kva genny is a must.
I'll do some more research before making a decision
