Hi guys. Looking back over past threads on "alpinising" diesel fuel for the Webasto and some recommend a recipe running 1 kero to 10 diesel, some 1 kero to 5 diesel, and some even a 50/50 mix (1 kero to 1 diesel).
Any more recent thoughts on this? What is everyone using (successfully!)?
Are there any downsides to running on the same recipe all year round?

When you see the price of Kero you will soon realise that 50/50 is out. We put one litre in with about 30 litres and haven't had any problems.

There is no reason why you can't use 100% kero. the heater will happily run on either and what ever is cheaper at the time. you can even tip a little citronella oil in if the mozi's are bad.
