Balkos450,

I took my campertrailer in their two years ago and the track was good . I would not hesitate to take my Bushtracker in there (unless the track was a bit damp) .

Don,t go for a swim !

Willie .

Hi there,
Have just made a phone call to our son in Jabiru and he strongly suggests that you ring the South Alligator Ranger Station before heading out. They have had rain already and the talk is of closing that road in the next few weeks.
If talking next Dry then the road is rough but okay for the BT, if going past Four Mile there is the floodplain and that gets very slimy after rain so great care is needed.
Hope this helps.

Oops, best place to leave van is Jabiru or the nearest is South Alligator Aurora Resort. They have a small van park there but for safety I'd go in to Jabiru.
