Trying to find on the wallaby checklist

I have searched high and low and cannot find the on the wallaby checklist anywhere I used to use it and had a copy saved but when my computer crashed I lost it.
Please can anyone send me it or any that they find useful. My email in members can be used

Its ok I was searching the forums and then realised it might be on File Swap it the new lay out I guess that threw me out. Or I guess I am getting a little stressed.

We thought we could sneak away for a short trip without using the checklist, and we came back with a list of things we had forgotten to take.
So, on our latest month long trip we made sure we used it! Peace of mind when you are in the first 50km of a trip, wondering if you have forgatten something!!
