Which is the recommended LED light to replace my old fluoros ?

Howdy Boggers,

Any ideas please, regarding the replacement of my 8 year old fluoro lights ie brand / model/ prices.

PS,
I did a search using LED and all I got was words ending in led. Then I used "LED" and got no matches. I must be doing something wrong, as I know there have been plenty of mentions of LED lights on here.
