webasto

Hi, Has anyone had trouble with the webasto hot water heater. Ours has packed up 3 times now and we have requested a new one but Rodger at webasto Australia wants to keep fixing this one and blameing us for poor instalation, fuel additives, not enough air flow etc. The unit was installed by a company that only installs webasto gear, we had them install a new hot water heater, air heater, and cook top in March this year, (all webasto gear). The webasto gear seems very good but there service level we have found to be very poor. Has anyone else struck problems or is it just us. We live in New Zealand and our aim is to travel world wide starting next year but we want reliable gear with good back up service. We are happy to rip this gear out and put something a lot more reliable in. Mark
