Yo Boggers,
On Tuesday Julie and I left Bris Vegas for Rockhampton where we are right now working this motel for 2 weeks.
On the way up here, we spotted 5 separate Bushtrackers....how's that for a BT spotting trip???
The first was the only Northbound one, being towed by a Landcruiser Tray Back between Burpengary and Caboolture.
Then we think we saw Rick & Julie (The Brakeaways) heading South around the Sunshine Coast...they had a Jeep Commander anyway.
So between Cabolture and Maryborough...5 Bushtrackers....must be our personal best Ha Ha Ha....
Cheers All
Rick & Julie

Way to go Brian.....having your own lil mini muster after the main muster....a good way to keep the magic happening.
Cheers and safe travels

Been here in Lightning Ridge for 10 weeks. Have seen 4 BT's and one even stayed here at Lorne Station. Two emus painted on the side of the BT and towed by big F250.

The emus on the side was us, having a weekend away from our temp jobs near Mungindi.
Best we have seen was 5 also, around birdsville in late june.
They are everywhere these days enjoying themselves no doubt as we do.

There are 4 of us here at Karumba. Not bad for this time of year.
We are all having a great time and we have been doing our bit to spread the word of the
BOG site.
2 vans are fairly new and had no idea about the site.
Safe Travels everyone

I must change my deodorant or something.
We are currently in SA on the way back from a couple of months in mid & south WA.
Total count of Bushtrackers has been about 6 & we have only been in a position to talk to 2 of these.
Where are they?

We were driving along Gingin Brooke Road in WA today and came across WHERROL parked in a parking bay. We stopped and had a chat.
Every now and then we see BT's going up or down the Brand Highway but we are usually in a Falcon not our truck. So we can't even call up on the radio.
We are staying at a property 25k's north of Gingin and we go into Perth or suburbs on a regular basis. Lately it has been every day.
So if you see a mad woman pointing at you and waving , driving a purple falcon or the silver F250 (alot different than our photo), it is probably me and hubby Wayne.
Cheers Lola
Ps: Our truck has changed dramatically but I can't figure out how to do a photo update. That last photo was done on a different computer and I don't remember how I did it. It now has bar work waiting to have a boat lifter fitted.
