Stegbar, suppliers to BTi for the ensuite door and frame, must be congratulated for their great service.
We recently experienced a hassel with the shower door and latch. We took the door off and was able to get it to Stegbar @ Maroochydore where they most welling redid the door with part new frame/seals and then were kind enough to post the door latches to us when i broke (accidently!!) the latch when reinstalling.
All done FOC and with a smile.
Nice to see we still have good old fashion service about.

good to hear, we were recently charged $19 for the two small door catch springs from BTi.

BTi also provide a great service. Currently out in the desert and not able to shop. The shower hose started to fail. An email to STG and a new hose+shower head arrived in the post FOC. It does not come better than that!
