I would like to know what a litre of diesel weighs ..... I am trying to ascertain my "revised tare weight" of the Chevy now that I have most of the permanent accessories ? attached. i.e. Canopy, bullbar, winch, steps, long range tanks, drawers, etc.

It is easier to fill my diesel tank and then subtract the total weight of the full tank as I am worried about running the fuel level too low.

From a Google search

QUESTION: What is the weight of diesel per one litre?

Winter diesel weighs about 1.92846 lbs. per litre or 7.3 lbs per us gallon

1 pound = 0.45359237 kilograms

Therefore 1 Litre of Diesel = 0.8747347418502001 Kgs
