Sub-type 16-18ft

Model: Off Road

There is a new model out. It is the 16-18 footer Model, advertised at http://www.rvpoint.com.au/DesktopDefault.aspx?ItemID=3135074&TabID=205104

It is the 16 to 18 foot model. Perfect for a small yard at 16 feet, but expands to 18 feet when you have guests.

I am always checking out ads for BTs and it is annoying when people do not disclose the length in the heading - it means I have to open the ad to find out. But it is really a special type of advertiser who does not include that info in the ad at all.

Expanading ! Maybe that's a cross between exploding and expanding.

It has to be more than 16' to have all the things in it that are shown in the photos. Looks every bit of an 18' van.

I looked at the photo and saw it was not a 16. That is not really the point here though.

To me the fact that somebody can advertise a van and not put the single most important piece of information into the ad ..........

Please don't give him any grief, I have spoken to him and he is a good guy, knows his stuff when it comes to trucks, diesel motors, even horses etc, but when it comes to typing and computers......Not so good.
As the Yanks say "cut him some slack", OK?

Yeah Nomad, you are carrying on like a cranky old prick. Maybe it's time to hitch up and head off!

Willie,

So does that mean without the new tow car that you are restricted to being a bit of a gnome in one place at the moment rather than the nomad that we all like to be.

G'day Brian,

I am a home gnome at present. I decided, as it's too hot to go away, I would get the car detailed and trade it in on a new 200TD or a newer 100TD. Mine is a 2001 model with 186,000 km on the clock.

What I end up getting, depends on what my current 100TD is worth as a trade-in. I certainly would like the power of the new V8 diesel to pull the van.

I have to be ready to travel at the start of April, as I am going over to WA detecting.

What are your plans for 2010 ?

Willie.
