I believe that LHS to RHS conversions are available at nominal cost at a remote southern workshop that specializes in F- series conversions!

Having made enquiries about this I was told that it is simply a matter of having the dealer service dept make the necessary mods to turn it over at a cost of $50

There is also a model for Toyota drivers.
