Hi there has anybody ever taken their
bushtracker to Gummi Falls in the Barrington Tops National Park or Horseswamp camping area and or any of the more remote camping areas up there. It says not suitable for caravans so I thought I ask the question here.

Have been to Gummi Falls without the van and you would not get any van in there.
Have not been to horseswamp but have taken the BT along Tabrabucca road without problem.
Also have taken BT along paddys ridge trail, Pheasants creek road to myall river camp, Hemi rd. dilgry circuit, Barrington trail to little murray camp as well as Barrington tops forrest rd and polblue camp and a few other roads in the area that I dont know the names of

OFF TOPIC
Hi Bob and Laurel
Great to meet you on our recent quick trip to the Snowies (without the snow).
We are home again and gearing up for our trip to the Mallacoota area in Feb.

Hello Col & Joan
It was a pleasant surprise to have you knock on the door. Goes to show you can never hide from the
bog fraternity. Hope you had a good trip home.
After Three Mile dam we travelled via Cabramurra and Khancoban to Geehi for a few days then on to Tom Groggin for a few days then to Thredbo Diggings where we met another very nice BT couple, Bushtraders. We had decided that taking a walk to the top of Kosciusko was a bit much for us but after talking to them we decided to give it a go from the top of the chairlift at Thredbo. (By the way, there is still snow at the top)

We got home yesterday and are still staggering around on stiff legs.

Hi B&T
We choose to do a day trip to this northern section of Barrington Tops, and we glad we weren't towing om the way up; even more so on the way down. It was lovely up there and very cold. We spent a full day talking walks and the loop drives. The only camp ground we saw that was suitable for caravans was at Polblue Swamp. The roads on the loop were wide enough; a Shire truck was there putting up snow gates on all the side tracks.
We left the caravan at Copeland Common on the East side of the range, which was a very pleasant camp ground for a couple of nights.
