Are any of you thinking of going to the Cape, either before or after the planned muster in Herberton, Queensland? We have been travelling on our own for two years now and thought it may be good company.

Yes, we are planning to get to Cape York prior to the Herberton meeting, probably leaving from Townsville mid to late July. Hopefully the BT meeting will be mid September.

It is being held during the first 2 weeks of September this year to fit in with other bookings at the Muster site.

Yes, will only leave 6 weeks between Townsville and Herberton but will try before the meeting.

We should be north of Townsville sometime in August so a trip up the range looks a good idea.
