Hi Dianne,
Have tried the membership renewal, located in "My Home" "Online Renewal Purchase".
I am also having a problem. I can't help you at the moment, but when Bob or Brian get back on line, then it should be OK.
For future reference, we are currently investigating having a "Membership" tab & a revised renewal & membership form, that will eliminate this problem.

Hi Dianne, I am also having a problem with the online renewal using the secure link on your homepage, so I have opted to do the direct deposit as described in the email sent to me reminding me of my expiry date.

Dianne,
You could also download the "Financial Membership Application" form in the Document Library section of "My Home", & post or fax it in as indicated on the form

Dianne and others,
This fault is usually caused through a conflict in the Temporary Files and Cookies that individual computers store.
It can be resolved by deleting these files and cookies.
OR
Go to the SHOP Tab and then type in membership and you will then be at the same page that the renewal Tab would have taken you to.
I tried the On-Line Renewal Tab on my computer and it worked properly so it is not a problem at the
BOG server.

Thanks to all,
Brian,
I have printed the page from the
checkout in the shopping cart. Will this suffice? I intend to pay by cheque not pay on-line.
Thankyou
Dianne

Dianne,
If you are paying by cheque just put a note on the cheque with your Membership Number on it to make it easier to update your record.
We don't send our a receipt unless requested, just update your membership expiry on the web site.
