With or Without an Egg.

While we were in Alice on one of the many wet and cold days I decided to whip up a batch of scones. No probs, self raising, water, milk, pinch of salt and I threw in an egg for good measure. Didn't have a recipe so made it up.
Told a few people also.
Well, the responses I got were amazing.
" You don't put in an egg".
Why not I says.
"You just Don't"
Well I did and they tasted great...........so an egg it is from now on and everybody else can.......................................
