This is what was left of a caravan that crashed on the Bruce Hwy, near Cooroy yesterday.

Man that would spoil your day.......................
Not much frame integrity there.
I always feel for those who experience such things and have seen a few around the traps.

Passed that site today, seems he hit a double post roadside sign which would have contributed to the disintergration. It is at the bottom of a steep downhill section of the highway.
Cheers

"He" was a "she" on her own, according to the paper.

That is what was left of my parents van which was 3months old and on there way home from harvey bay. Both 4wd and van flipped over after the van for no reason started to sway badly. The police told them later on that the road has bad undulation and has brought many vans unstuck in that area.

Paul,
Just for interest sake are you able to tell us what the tow vehicle was and the make and weight of the caravan that they were towing?
I take it that your parents were not badly hurt in the incident but I bet they got a shock when they saw what was left of the caravan.
