Chocolate Bread - WE LIKE

Wow, I made 1/2 batch of the Choc Bread dough on the weekend.
Cooked a loaf yesterday in the home oven as a practice loaf from the "bread in five minutes a day" book ready for travel cooking. The other half of the dough is in the fridge and I will form a loaf and cook it in a few days. The first loaf was extremely rich with that lovely almost bitter chocolate flavour, and delicous spread with Buderim Ginger/Lime Marmalade.
The Ginger went so well with the bread that I have chopped up some sucrose free preserved ginger and added it to the dough for the next loaf.
Will post an update later in the week.

Sounds YUM. Another fattening food for me to be tempted to make.
