Phone the manufacturers, Vehicle Components in Brisbane 07 3624 3810.
Their service is first class, and I'm sure that they will freight parts to you rapidly... I had some airbags freighted to me on the east coast of Tasmania back in 2006- they arrived from Brisbane in to my hands in 22 hours. Beat that!

We purchased our AT35 direct from VC - all organised by email. They do not seem to use agents. I hope you can get your issue sorted and solved soon.
